We are seeking a highly capable Executive Operator to help build and operate a growing private equity and venture incubation platform focused on identifying, developing, financing, and scaling businesses.
This is an entrepreneurial, high-responsibility role for someone comfortable working with big visions, ambitious entrepreneurs, investors, capital, and complex business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also execute — someone who can take an idea, understand the opportunity, build the strategy, develop the materials, communicate the vision, engage the right people, and help turn it into a real business.
Key Responsibilities
Help identify, evaluate, develop, and launch new business opportunities
Develop and refine business plans, investment proposals, financial models, presentations, and pitch materials
Help with capital raising and/or fundraising and communicate opportunities to potential investors, donors, partners, and strategic contacts
Build relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, executives, institutions, and other strategic contacts
Participate in investor meetings, presentations, pitches, negotiations, and business development
Support financial analysis, budgeting, valuation, capital allocation, and investment strategy
Help evaluate businesses, markets, acquisitions, partnerships, and growth opportunities
Take large strategic concepts and turn them into practical plans and executable projects
Assist with building management teams and operational structures for new ventures
Identify opportunities to improve, polish, position, and scale businesses
Research markets, industries, companies, competitors, and investment opportunities
Help develop compelling written and verbal communications for investors, partners, clients, and executives
Network extensively and represent the organization professionally
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects
