We’re looking for a Senior Social Content Specialist to own social media strategy and content for our growing roster of clients — businesses, charities, and churches — and for Algonquin Digital itself. We have content creator ethos applied to business socials.
This isn’t a “post three times a week and report the numbers” role. You’ll drive strategy, collaborate with a high-caliber creative team, and produce content that actually performs.
What you’ll do:
- Own social media strategy, content calendars, and execution for client and Algonquin Digital accounts
- Collaborate with our creative team to plan and produce high-quality, engaging content
- Design and create video, graphics, and photo posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more)
- Manage and grow accounts with a focus on targeted reach and meaningful engagement
- Manage paid Meta ads campaigns
What we’re looking for:
- Proven social media strategy and platform management experience
- Strong content creation skills — copy, visual, video
- Analytical mindset: you measure what matters and adjust accordingly
- Experience with scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and Meta Ads
- Agency or brand-side background preferred
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and a genuine team player
