Bartels Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administration Clerk to join our team. Do you want a job with an organization that values your skills and talents? If so, please read on!

POSITION SUMMARY

The Administration Clerk is responsible for providing support to the company in various functions, including, covering reception, employee records management, cell phone administration, and personal protective equipment ordering. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

·       Provide “front of house” support, greeting visitors with a professional demeanour, and directing calls to appropriate parties.

·       Ordering personal protective equipment for employees and organizing the distribution once delivered.

·       Manage employee records, including maintaining personnel files and HR databases, and ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

·       Assist with HR-related tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating employee events.

·       Assist in managing the company’s cell phone program, including ordering phones and accessories, processing bills, and troubleshooting issues.

·       Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing travel itineraries.

·       Provide administrative support to the various departments as needed.

·       Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
·       1+ years of experience in administration or related field

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong computer literacy, including HRIS, SharePoint, Adobe products, and MS Office required.

 

JOB DETAILS

Status: Full-Time
Hours: 40 Hrs/Week.
Primary Location: Ancaster, On.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works a Monday – Friday at BGI’s Office in Ancaster Ontario. Standard office hours are 8:00 – 5:00.
