WHO ARE WE? Business as Mission, affectionately named “BAM” for short, is all about stewarding your workday as Mission – for God’s glory. We spend most of our lives at work. We’re a small but mighty team that loves building into our interns passions and skills – giving you career and skills-coaching on a weekly basis, as well as the opportunity to really build into an organization where your voice is valuable and your ideas are needed. We believe in the next generation – and in your skills and perspectives. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Events & Admin Assistant, you will be working within our small, but high-impact team under the guidance and in weekly 1:1’s with BAM Canada’s co-founder. You are a rockstar who loves providing excellent customer service, keeping a team organized, and a high attention to detail – you have no problem taking initiative and problem solving on the go. Since our organization is involved in entrepreneurship, marketing and business, your goal is to engage and promote the awareness of BAM Canada’s brand, initiatives and programs through the events we host in our online community and externally, as well as help create potential partnership opportunities. Some projects you will be involved in:

  • CRM (Customer Relations Management)
  • Virtual Event Management
  • Email Sales Follow-ups & Customer Service
  • Partnership Tracking, Automation and Innovation

Knowledge and previous volunteer/work experience in CRM and virtual event management is highly recommended (Zoom, Planning centre, Asana, Microsoft products/services). INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR OUR INTERNSHIP? Our onboarding schedule is set for January 2023. We are aware that 120 hours are needed for the Redeemer Internship credit.
