Christian Education Benefits Solutions serves those who are passionately dedicated to Christian Education all across Canada. For 50 years, this organization has dedicated its focus to ensuring Christian educators are supported with the pension and health plans needed to care for their own families. The Managing Director plays an instrumental part in ensuring more members of the Christian education community in Canada are receiving and experiencing the support and benefits needed so that they can continue to stay focused on their mission and calling to serve in Christian education.

The Canadian Managing Director is the senior employee of Christian Education Benefit Solutions and will be accountable for representing the plans to the existing participants and driving future growth and plan participation across all of Canada. The Managing Director will bring fresh and innovative ideas to growing and managing the health and pension plans that are offered. He/she will do this by partnering closely with the staff, Trustees, the US Managing Director, and all contracted service providers (investment managers, actuaries, attorneys, pension and insurance consultants, marketing firms, etc.) to ensure the plans are meeting the needs of the Christian Education community.
