Work Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Keyholder

In this role you will be expected to:
– Act as Manager on Duty as necessary
– Perform opening/closing duties
– Follow company procedures
– Coach and train staff
– Provide great customer service
– Communicate effectively with the Store Management Team (Manager & Asst. Manager) and work with their direction
– Display & merchandising
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least two years experience in retail
– Supervisory experience in a retail/customer service setting
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
– Extensive experience with cash handling and point of sales transactions
– Full-time or Part-time availability including weekends
SKILLS:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to communicate effectively, in written and verbal form, to your Store Manager and peers
– Great attitude
– Strong time management & organizational skills
– Comfortable multi-tasking and ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
– Self-motivated & able to work independently, and also as a member of a team
