Working with the Administrative group, you will be involved in the daily operations of the Finance/Accounting team.

Process all staff expense reports and attending to employees’ inquiry/ies in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly backlog reports and submit to managements
Provide administrative support to the Accounting department
Other accounting duties as required
Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures

Recent grad with a diploma in accounting/business administrative program
Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work the late shift every other Friday and month-ends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
