We simply want to be there … a trusted friend, to come alongside youth and help them sort it out. An Community Director plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships, and staying connected to the youth. Specifically, we are looking for new Community Directors to support the communities of Erin, Grand Valley & Huntsville.
This is a full time position (35-40 hours/week). The starting salary range for this staff position is $44,500 to $48,000. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (7-12 years) and is 100% funded on a missionary basis—requiring the gathering of a personal support team to cover the salary.
