Photo & Listing Editor (Short-Term Rental)

RevWhisper, a division of Kasu Capital, is a revenue and listing optimization agency for short-term rentals. We help hosts earn more by optimizing their listings and pricing across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, from photos and descriptions to dynamic rates. We run listing setup and revenue management in-house from our Hamilton office.
About the role
We are hiring one detail-obsessed person to own the listing setup: editing photos, writing descriptions and captions, setting up amenities, and making sure every listing is complete and ready to book. This is an entry-level role and training will be provided to the chosen candidate.
What you will do
– Edit raw host photos into images that look professionally taken.
– Write clear, persuasive listing descriptions and tight photo captions.
– Set up amenities accurately and check every listing for completeness.
– Keep your queue moving and hit turnaround commitments.
What we need
– A good eye for photos: composition, lighting, color and white balance, framing, and tasteful staging.
– Comfort with AI editing tools and prompting, or the aptitude to pick it up fast.
– Ability to make edits that look natural and professionally taken, not over-processed.
– Strong, clean writing for descriptions and captions, with correct spelling and grammar.
– Exceptional attention to detail, you catch the small things others miss.
– Discipline to follow a style guide exactly and use only true details about the property.
– A high, consistent quality bar across a full set, not just one photo.
– The habit of self-checking your work before calling it done.
– Organized, able to juggle multiple listings and hit turnaround deadlines.
– Proactive and communicative, reports progress without being chased.
– Eager to learn and open to feedback.
– Comfortable learning our tools and platforms: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and our editing stack.
Nice to have
– Short-term rental or Airbnb experience.
– Comfort with numbers and reading a dashboard.
– Interest in growing into pricing tools like PriceLabs and Guesty.
Working conditions
– Full-time and on-site at our Hamilton, ON office. This is not a remote role.
– Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
