Salary: $19-$25 an hour

As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will play a vital role in our company’s success by assisting in the maintenance and care of various landscapes, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming to keep landscapes looking neat and well-maintained.
  • Plant and cultivate flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
  • Monitor plant health and identify and address issues such as disease, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
  • Maintain and operate landscape maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on landscape maintenance.

Considerations:

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
  • Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
