Photographer, Videographer & Audio Tech (Volunteer)

Minding HIS Business is hosting Canada’s Christian Faith & Entrepreneurship Forum at Agape Garden Event Venue in Stoney Creek. One day, nine speakers, lunch included.
We need three creative people to capture the conversation.
The roles
Photographer: speakers on stage, candid moments in the room, the venue and our partners.
Videographer: full speaker sessions
Audio: mic the speakers and record clean sound, to be paired with the video
What’s in it for you

- Your name on it, so that every photo and clip we post credits you. If you’d like that to start before the event naming you as a part of the team we can do that as well.
- Use your work in your reel, portfolio and applications.

- A full day with business owners and leaders, the people who hire photographers, videographers and audio techs.
Lunch provided
Honorarium TBD + $50 travel fee
TRAVEL: if travel is a challenge please let us know and we will make arrangements.
DETAILS:
Set up 8:00am
Wrap up: 3:30pm
Bring your own gear: we will have audio equipment from Long & McQuad, video & photo will need to provide their own gear.
– Deliver raw files via drop box of photos within 24 hours.
– Deliver raw files of video within 72 hours of event
– Final edited video by November 15th
– Final edited photos by November 15th
