Join the Career Centre as a Peer Career Coach!
The Career Centre at Redeemer University is looking for two motivated students to join our team for the 2026-2027 academic year. If you are passionate about helping your peers succeed and want to gain professional experience, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional support to students via active listening and clear communication.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by creating social media content (videos/graphics) and promoting services.
  • Provide constructive resume feedback and guide students toward career resources and events.
  • Assist in the facilitation of INT-101 by grading assignments and assessing course materials.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, resource development, and event organization.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and complete various administrative tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Creative, enthusiastic team player who takes initiative and values constructive feedback.
  • High level of organization and the ability to manage time effectively.

Position Details

  • Eligibility: Returning undergraduate students for the 2026-2027 year.
  • Duration: 8 months (September–April).
  • Hours: Part-time, up to 10 hours per week.
  • Training: Full training will be provided.
