Overview: The Executive Administrator’s role in Richview’s mission to joyfully lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus is to support the overall strategic direction of Richview Church, give leadership to its operations, and oversee the development and implementation of projects and goals to accomplish Richview’s mission and vision.
We are looking for a Spirit-led, experienced, skilled, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for growing Richview’s ministry. The primary responsibilities require working with our Lead Pastor, Elders, and ministry leaders to help shape and implement our strategic vision and steward our financial, facility, and leadership resources, ensuring alignment with the mission and direction of Richview Church.
$82,000 – $102,000 Annual salary based on experience, paid twice monthly.
4 Weeks Paid Vacation to be approved by the Lead Pastor
Additional Unpaid Vacation to be approved by the Lead Pastor

Responsibilities:
Oversee business activities and ensure operational effectiveness of Richview Church by:
- Reviewing/Creating an effective organizational design in order to fulfill Richview’s vision and values.
- Overseeing projects, operations, management, and maintenance of all church-owned facilities and properties (parking lot, manse, church, etc.)
- Ensuring that all legal and regulatory obligations for the organization are met and actions of Richview and employees meet all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring Richview’s policies, procedures, and by-laws are up-to-date, standardized, communicated, and observed to mitigate overall risk across the church organization.
- Oversee IT infrastructure as well individual IT needs of staff.
- Oversee members meetings.
Develop and support the staff and volunteers at Richview Church by:
- Maintaining and evaluating job/role descriptions
- Managing the process of searching for and on-boarding new staff and volunteer team leaders and, when necessary, their dismissal from roles
- Speaking into and addressing the Human Resources needs of the church.
- Liaise with the Richview Baptist Foundation by participating in their board meetings as the Church representative.
- Create and maintain effective communication channels between various bodies of the church—Congregation, Staff, Elders, Deacons, Foundation, and relevant Committees.
Oversee the financial health at Richview Church by:
- Overseeing the annual budgeting process.
- Working with the Treasurer to manage monthly financial performance.
- Liaise with the Auditors to ensure completion of the annual audit.
- Work with the Investment Committee to ensure alignment with our long-term goals and short-term ministry needs.
- Develop and implement a stewardship strategy, promoting regular offerings and special offerings.
- Maintaining the integrity of our member donor database. Ensure best practices for online giving.
Participate in the Life of Richview Church by:
- Praying regularly for the staff, elders, and leaders of Richview.
- Lending support to Richview staff and leaders.
- Mentoring and empowering emerging ministry leaders and volunteers.
- Leading or participating in a community group.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- A passionate follower of Jesus Christ, who believes in the vision and mission of Richview Church.
Exhibit wisdom, discernment and the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). - Exhibit humility and dependence on God in their work and life (Philippians 2:3-4, 4:13).
- Demonstrate leadership as well as the ability to be a team player, to receive and implement feedback, and to thrive in a participatory environment.
- Have a strong organizational background that includes experience in business, HR, finances, risk management, health and safety, and organizational development.
- Experience as a change agent with the willingness and skill to enter into difficult conversations while maintaining a spirit of love and compassion.
- Willing to submit to a police background check and comply with Church lifestyle policies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred focus in business or a related field.
- Minimum of four years leadership and management experience with the proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary teams.
- Extensive local church involvement and experience in church-specific organizations.
