We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Rosa Flora, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to new and existing clients, understanding their unique floral needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to promote the our flowers to our established customer base. Hours are 6 a.m – 3 p.m. Monday to Friday. You will be on the road visiting your customers for one to two weeks per year and must be able to travel to the U.S. On the job training is provided for success in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new sales leads.
Understand customers’ floral needs and recommend the appropriate products from our extensive selection.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience or a background in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for flowers and a desire to share that passion with customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of floral industry trends and products (preferred but not required).
