Status: Full-time, Summer Intern (1 position) – 16 weeks
The Media Associate role exists to support the various needs of the department through research, content capture/mixing and media management.
Prep and load ProPresenter content
Support and participate in Sunday Media team (photography/videography)
Assist in sermon audio preparation for online distribution
Living Truth Television
Collect song information for SOCAN and Soundstripe reporting
Media asset management (uploading, tagging, logging metadata)
Assist with film shoots (studio or location)
Photography/videography for events, social media, etc. (including sort, tag, edit, upload)
Other duties as assigned
Clean up voiceovers using basic eq and compression
Assist with audio recording in the studio shoots (microphones set up and audio level checks)
Assist with Living Truth / TPC video audio mixing
Background music procurement/stem edits, Soundstripe playlist creation
Participate in team meetings
Participate in 1-1 meetings with supervisor
1+ year of media, communications, editing, animation, producing, video production experience or field of study
Experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop) and ProTools an asset

Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act* and;
Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
Mostly in-office with possibility of some remote work
Vulnerable Sector clearance required
Support and understand Shared mandate and Statement of Faith
Interacts with others (volunteers, staff, member) regularly
