Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our team at TAC Sports. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs by overseeing key administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communications: Manage email and telephone communications with clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Registration Management: Handle registration processes, maintain accurate attendance sheets, and coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless participant experiences.
Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on registration intakes, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Task Management: Update directors and Office Manager on ongoing tasks, deadlines, and agenda items to maintain alignment across the organization.


Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $650.00 – $700.00 per week

On-site parking

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate: Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: Secondary School (preferred)

Experience: Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
