Position Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to join our esteemed academy. The ideal candidate will not only specialize in goalkeeper training but also possess the expertise to integrate defensive and midfield players to enhance overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Goalkeeper Training: Provide specialized coaching to goalkeepers, focusing on technique, positioning, reflexes, and game strategies.
Integrated Training: Collaborate with defensive and midfield players to practice and perfect various game situations, emphasizing collective automatisms and situational awareness.
Game Analysis: Analyze match footage to identify areas of improvement, particularly focusing on situations where the team concedes goals.
Individual Development Plans: Develop tailored training plans for goalkeepers and integrated training modules for defensive and midfield players to address specific needs and enhance overall team cohesion.
Player Assessment: Regularly assess and provide feedback to players, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Goalkeeper Coach or similar role, preferably within a professional or elite academy setting.
Extensive knowledge of goalkeeper techniques, tactics, and modern training methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with players of various skill levels and ages.
A deep understanding of the game, including tactical awareness and game management.
Relevant coaching certifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience: Goalkeeper coaching: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
National Coaching Certificate (required)

Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule: Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute: Toronto, ON (required)
