Overview
Recruiter’s are an integral part of the success of all programs, the ability to identify, passionate and capable coaches allows TAC Sports Group y to offer programs. A successful Recruiter will player their part in the recruiting cycle, is a great communicator, organized and punctual.
Recruiter’s should promote TAC Sports Groups as an attractive place for all coaches to teach youth, and grow their skill sets. Assessing candidates, identifying hiring needs and creating recruitment strategies will lead to a streamlined recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

Identify recruiting and hiring needs
Developing and updating job descriptions with the most relevant information for the position and seasons
Monitor, screen and communicate with candidates from all sources
Conduct interviews to assess a candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and expectations for this position
Complete onboarding process as outlined by Managers
Managing Internship programs
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Assets

Experience conducting different style of interviews
Knowledge and execution of recruitment cycles
Ability to design and implement recruitment Strategies
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate: Thornhill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
