Fourth-year Honours International Development student with a wide range of experience in planning and youth ministry, enthusiastically taking initiative when something needs to be done. Actively leads with integrity and interpersonal communication skills to delegate within teams and departments, establishing efficient and encouraging environments for all involved to thrive within their skillset. Volunteered for a six-month period participating in global missions work with YWAM in the United States, Nepal and India, currently actively volunteering in church ministries, Open Homes and World Renew in Hamilton Ontario.

Chaplaincy Administrative Planning Assistant, September 2020— Present

Designed chapel services for Redeemer University while working alongside school Chaplaincy, delegated roles to create engaging ministry events for the student body, frequently re-strategizing to increase student participation throughout the pandemic
Increased organization and efficiency of the department through creating spreadsheets, managing meeting summaries and actively communicating with speakers to enable an orderly chapel service for the students and faculty.

Open Homes Volunteer, March 2020-Present

• Volunteered biweekly with a client of Open Homes, supporting her social network and assisting her with weekly errands to ease her transition into Canadian life

Church Admin and Leadership Internship — May-August 2019, hired on staff August 2019-2020

• Scheduled worship teams at Sanctus Church, auditions, leadership meetings, and organized service orders for a multi-site church on multiple online platforms, aiding in the execution of over 30 successful services
Launched the use of a new online administration platform, familiarizing the pastoral leadership team with the system, culminating in a new organized and accessible database
Conducted meetings and lead events, utilizing confident public speaking skills to facilitate large congregational gatherings, creating a captivating atmosphere for all ages
