Army Infanteer Reservist

Canadian Armed Forces, Peterborough ON                                             September 2017- Present

As an infantry reservist, I serve the Canadian Armed Forces in a part time role. Being an Army reservist, I have developed many skills that can be applied to any civilian workplace such as strong leadership skills, self-discipline, ability to work exceptionally well as part of a team, and self-confidence.

 

Window Cleaning Technician/Marketing Member

As a window cleaning technician, I was responsible for cleaning client’s windows with my team to their satisfaction while also maintaining a safe work environment while working with ladders. My duties also included door-to-door marketing to increase business. Through my position I continued to learn how to adapt to changing work environments as well as build my interpersonal skills with new clients.

As a produce clerk I was responsible for creating an organized, friendly, and efficient environment for customers to shop in.  Creating such an environment lead to dozens of repeat customers and an overall high level of shopper satisfaction.

As a member of the custodial staff my duties included the upkeep of general tidiness over the entire facility before and after special events.  The upkeep of facilities resulted in satisfied patrons and renters.

Co-Founder of a micro-business that provided exterior and interior painting. I was responsible for job finding, management of job sites, and job preparation and completion.  The proper job management and site completion resulted in excited clients as well as priceless on the job experience.
