RE: Personal Assistant (PA)

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my interest in the Personal Assistant position at Robinson Consultants Inc.

In May of 2020, I will be graduating from Redeemer University College with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Honours Psychology and double minoring in English Literature and Biology. Completing my undergraduate degree at a Christian Liberal Arts University and studying a wide variety of subjects, has provided me with a broad, cross-functional set of knowledge and skills.

With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

·      Responsible— All of my previous employment experience has required that I accept a leadership role. In some of my previous work environments I was required to supervise a large number of children ensuring their safety and well-being. During my time working as a server I handled and was trusted with large amounts of cash, upwards of $2000. As the Recreation Centre Coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing the use of the building and scheduling events that were hosted in the space.

·      Communication skills— As an experienced worker in the food service and hospitality industry I am highly skilled in providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to clients in a timely, orderly and professional manner. Working in restaurant has equipped me to work with a wide variety of individuals. Additionally, I am a senior report for Redeemer’s student run newspaper, The Crown, and am successful in submitting well-written and engaging articles on time, each week.

I understand that you will receive a large number of applicants. I do, however, believe that my exemplary work ethic, effective communication skills,  and responsible nature will make me a great addition to your team

Thank you in advance for your time,

Grace Rajballie
