In this role, I provided customer service to parents, scheduled shifts, and would oversee the day-to-day operations at the camp.

o   Led a team of staff throughout the summer, giving roles and responsibilities to each, making sure that work was done with excellence while also completing my duties.

o   Develop excellent customer service skills that can be applied for other customer service situations.

In this role, I was the supervisor for three individuals for nine weeks. Prior to these nine weeks, I planned the curriculum for the camp service we would provide for the children over the summer.
