Working with and managing a team of outreach staff to serve congregations, helping their leaders understand and participate in the ministries of the Presbyterian Mission Agency through the four national Special Offerings with the ultimate goal of increased financial support. Annually raised $10-12 million.

This large-church residency for the development of ministry leadership experience and skills included: preaching, adult and youth education classes, prospective member outreach, local outreach assistance, pastoral care, baptisms, funerals, marriages, international missions, and various learning opportunities.
