Chalet Leader  – July- August 2019, Full-time
-caring for groups of 4-6 girls each week

-supporting campers through various mental health challenges

-practicing consistent conflict resolution with multiple campers who had behavioural issues

-creating an open environment for campers to share their experiences, become vulnerable, and unite in Christ-centred community
